They are well aware of emerging technologies in their field and demonstrate technical competence, breadth of knowledge, and leadership in deciding direction and method to address matters relating to Cost. They have the experience to recognize and quantify a proposals effect on cross-functional areas and interpret the downstream effects on the overall business.
