Mechanical Designer/Engineer - Selectek Staffing Solutions : Job Details

Selectek has an immediate need to hire a Mechanical Design Engineer in Spartanburg, SC. This person will be responsible for creating, developing, and documenting designs required to assemble and manufacture of equipment. Will work closely with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements while minimizing manufacturing costs. Requirements: 5 or more years in industrial machinery design/manufacturing. Solid. Works and AutoCAD Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (HIGHLY preferred) Responsibilities: Prepare product designs including 3 D models & drawings using Solid. Works Work with other groups, suppliers, and customers, both external and internal, to determine product specifications and arranging equipment, evaluate products according to quality standards and specifications.
