Pay: $90.00 per hour. Description:Requesting a Mechanical Engineer with experience for the Brunswick Nuclear Plant in Southport, NC. The individual will perform engineering work for Mechanical projects within the engineering organization. The candidate will typically be involved in designing, constructing, modifying, and maintaining the mechanical components and systems for the nuclear facility, ensuring compliance with codes and standards and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The candidate will work with various stakeholders, including operations personnel, maintenance personnel, other Engineering disciplines and related organizations, to ensure safe and efficient operation of nuclear facilities. Current qualification at a nuclear utility as a Modification Engineer under an INPO Accredited Program and knowledge of Consolidated Asset Suite for design and work order development is highly desirable.
