Are you an engineer looking to directly engage with customers to solve exciting problems while gaining valuable technical sales experience? We are seeking passionate individuals to apply KEB mechanical clutches and brakes to automated systems in collaboration with leading OEMs and system integrators.

This dynamic role involves:

• Preparing essential technical documentation and user manuals
• Drafting product specifications and engineering work orders
• Visiting customer sites for product start-ups and support
• Helping customers by sizing, selecting, and recommending KEB products
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance over the phone

In addition to engineering tasks, you will also engage in technical sales activities, including:

• Offering exceptional customer support to enhance client relations
• Creating product quotations and pricing proposals
• Developing engaging sales presentations and marketing materials
• Sharing your application expertise through writing and presentations
• Delivering product training sessions both in-house and at customer locations
