Job Description :

Our client is seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department and assist in the assembly of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, self-motivated, and the ability to as a team which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Peabody, MA (facility is relocating to Salem, NH within 6 months)

Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour based on experience

Schedule: Flexible start time (6AM-7AM)

Mon-Thu: 9 hours/day

One Friday: 8 hours

Alternate Friday: Off

What's the Job?

  • Assemble and disassemble top-level and sub-level components using method sheets, blueprints, and diagrams.

  • Use hand and power tools to build high-voltage power supplies, RF modules, and other medical devices.

  • Read and follow engineering drawing and updates.

  • Work with technicians to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines (OSHA, FDA, CDC).

What's Needed?

  • 2+ years of mechanical or electromechanical assembly experience (preferred)

  • Comfortable working with small parts, wires, and reading diagrams

  • Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly

  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

  • Experience with SAP or Agile is a plus
