Position Overview

This position involves supporting our Market Segment Group (MSG) across Data Center, EV/Battery, Industrial, and Pharmaceutical projects. The role reports to the Project Engineer or MEP Engineer and involves engineering, administrative tasks, and field activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing shop drawings, product data, and samples for approvals.
  • Support communication processes, including RFIs and change order reviews.
  • Help prepare estimates for changes and study contract documents for proper coordination.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and logs.
  • Distribute construction information to relevant parties.
  • Ensure timely release of materials and equipment for fabrication.
  • Assist in preparing project close-out documents and manuals.
Qualifications
  • Two years of college education in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • Building construction or engineering experience preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and team skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
  • Basic understanding of scheduling programs is desired.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, working on-site at construction locations, and traveling. The work environment varies from office to construction sites, with exposure to noise, mechanical hazards, and outdoor conditions.
