MEAN Stack Software Engineer (remote) - Piper Companies : Job Details

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a MEAN Stack Software Engineer for a permanent position supporting products used by the federal government and commercial companies. This is a fully remote position and requires the ability to obtain a secret clearance. Applicants must be willing to complete a coding challenge focused in Angular, Node, and web services.Must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government Secret clearance Responsibilities: •Design, develop, maintain, test, and document high quality software•Solve complex technical challenges•Learn and apply new technologies on a regular basis•Manage and maintain corporate software libraries•Review defects and problems as assigned, diagnose and fix them in a timely manner•Consult with all departments regarding application design and usage•Communicate complex technical issues at different levels Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (required)•Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government secret clearance•3-5 years of experience designing and developing web-based solutions•Experience with the MEAN stack (must have strong Angular and Node skills)•Experience developing RESTful webservices•Experience developing and testing microservices Compensation: •$100,000-140,000 depending on experience•Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on 5/6/2024.
