Meal Site Aide/Cook - County of Polk Wisconsin : Job Details

This is a limited, flexible, fill-in position that assists with providing meals and activities at local Nutrition Program at the Senior Dining Sites. Duties and Responsiblities Essential Duties: These duties represent the typical duties and responsibilities assigned to this position but may not be inclusive of all tasks performed. Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining a friendly, positive and safe environment Cooks and organizes time to ensure meals are served as scheduled Assist in the preparation of meals Maintain all proper food handling; including, but not limited to sanitation, temperatures and avoidance of cross contamination Clean work areas, equipment, dishes and dining area Assist with recordkeeping Ensure good sanitation practices are followed throughout the day. Clean coolers and home delivered meal bags as needed. Serve food to the congregate diners, assisting those who need help, and sit down with them as they eat their lunch.
