Contract to Hire Position

Hybrid Role (Local candidates only) - Easton, PA

We are seeking a detail-oriented MDM System Analyst to manage and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across key domains (product, customer, vendor, etc.). This role supports enterprise data initiatives, resolves data quality issues, and contributes to data governance and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage master data using MDM tools and strong data management skills
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and root-cause analysis
• Develop business rules and resolve data issues using Python and SQL
• Support MDM platforms, configurations, and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data standards and governance
• Document data flows, business rules, and quality metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–7 years' experience in data management or analysis
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and relational databases
• Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, Stibo) preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks is a plus
