We are clearly differentiated in the data & analytics space via our suite of solutions, accelerators, frameworks, and thought leadership.Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, data integration, and architecture design in large, regulated, or data-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement end-to-end MDM solutions aligned with enterprise data strategies and business goalsDefine and enforce data governance policies, data quality frameworks, and MDM best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders including Enterprise Architects, Data Stewards, and Business Units to define critical data domains (customer, vendor, product, etc.)Lead MDM platform evaluations and selections, and guide implementation across tools such as Informatica, Reltio, IBM InfoSphere, or SemarchyEnsure compliance with data privacy and security standards (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.)Support data integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Data Lakes/Warehouses) using APIs and ETL frameworksDevelop roadmaps and technical documentation to support data management initiativesPromote adoption of metadata, master, and reference data management strategiesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline15+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture or data engineering roles10+ years of hands-on experience in MDM design and implementationIn-depth understanding of entity resolution, survivorship, golden record creation, and hierarchy managementProficiency in data modelling, data quality, metadata management, and master/reference data governanceExperience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, Reltio, IBM MDM, Talend)Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, ETL tools, and one or more programming languages (Python, Java)Experience working in regulated industries with knowledge of compliance and privacy standardsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with cloud-based MDM implementations (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Familiarity with data catalog tools such as Collibra or AlationPrior involvement in enterprise data transformation initiativesMDM platform certifications or cloud architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect)Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Employment type Full-timeJob function Job function Engineering and Information TechnologyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at DATAECONOMY by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Solutions Architect” roles.
