MDM Engineer - RIT Solutions : Job Details

Qualifications & Experience • Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols, patterns, and technologies. Must have hands-on operational experience working with data stewards and product owner. • Responsible for Analyzing Master Data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business process and decision-making. • Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organization implement MDM Solutions. • Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management. • Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight. • Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management and data governance principles is a big plus. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions and work collaboratively with product owner. • Looking for top-notch lead engineering talent who will be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that demands quick turnaround for mission critical technical solutions, have extremely high standards with a low tolerance for low quality output. • 10+ years relevant experience. • ble to expertly express the benefits and constraints of technology solutions to technology partners, business partners, and team members
