Help us continue to build a new, innovative program that is changing the way our community receives help during an acute crisis.Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT)Passion, Mindset, and Innovation Set Us ApartTelecare's behavioral health program is a 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crises.MCRT creates opportunities for Clinicians, Case Managers with Master's degrees, and Certified Peer Supports to intervene in innovative ways.This program collaborates with County Access and Crisis Line (ACL) and law enforcement for referrals.MCRT offers crisis triage, risk assessment, in-person intervention, and case management.Teams respond via mobile crisis vans across all Regions: Central, East, South, North Central, and North Inland.We are building a multicultural, multi-racial, multi-generational, and inclusive team to support those in need.Our goal is to redefine community response for individuals vulnerable due to mental health or substance use crises.
