PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The MBA Rotational Associate receives exclusive executive and human resources mentoring to assist in job related decisions and assignments. The successful candidate is given input towards their rotations and is encouraged to explore departments within the Company they find interesting and challenging. As each functional rotation is completed, the MBA Associate will receive developmental performance evaluations to aid in their professional growth. Responsibilities include supporting the Company's overall long-term corporate goals and strategies by participating in special projects during four customized rotational assignments
- Assignments may include:
- Financial variance analysis and forecasting
- Cost effectiveness studies for corporate expansion
- Investor analysis and corporate financial marketing
- Market research and market planning strategy
- Financial and production modeling

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - MBA degree (with a graduation date of Spring or Summer of 2026)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface well with others are critical components of this position
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous leadership experience
- Concentration in Finance or Accounting

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
