Maximo Support Analyst

Key Skills:

**Will consider candidates with other ERP expertise similar to Maximo Inventory Management (i.e. SAP, Oracle) if they have supported Barcode applications**

This role supports and enhances Supply Chain, Procurement & Fleet Operations (SCPFO) applications, with a focus on Asset Suite. The candidate will perform application analysis, process improvement, user support, and technology implementation. Responsibilities include report development, system testing, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Intent to convert to permanent is based on performance.

Top Required Skills:

• Maximo Inventory modules (Item Master, Inventory Usage, Shipment Receiving, Inventory Counting)
• Barcoding application experience
• SQL query writing and/or Cognos reporting
• Business application support (8+ years)
• Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet Operations knowledge (preferred)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Lean process improvement (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel reporting
• Ability to gather requirements, test, and support business process changes

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• At least 8 years of systems support experience (for the Senior Role) involving complex reporting or programming
