Mathematics/Statistics Intern- Virginia (Summer 2026) - BWX Technologies : Job Details

The candidate will be responsible for performing the following: Performs statistical analysis as needed: including analysis of variance and regression within a manufacturing environment. Assist statistician with SAS program development and documentation which will allow users to perform the required statistical analysis on product. Assist technicians in supporting customer document submittal generation, review, and submission. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications/ Requirements: Must be currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelors degree program pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Occupational Safety and Health, Computer Science, or other related techincal disciplines. Must be a US Citizen with no dual citizenship. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
