Imparting knowledge in Mathematics and Mathematics Education Job Description The Department of Mathematics needs part-time or adjunct faculty to teach 1000 and 2000-level mathematics courses at UNCP. These positions are especially suited for potential faculty who possess PhD. or Masters degrees in mathematics or mathematics education. Excellence in teaching and learning conducted within a rigorous and stimulating environment is an important core value of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. The Mathematics Department has a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, and part-time faculty are expected to exhibit and maintain campus and department standards.
