Mathematics Adjunct - Stark State College : Job Details

The Mathematics Adjunct must be able to:Prepare and deliver high quality day, evening, weekend, satellite or web based classes in both developmental and college level mathematics. Assess student performance, keeping classroom attendance records, submission of early alerts and final grades by the required date. Participating in professional development. Utilize learning management systems and learning software, where necessary. Maintain and submit student reports periodically as required by the college. Masters degree in Mathematics or Statistics OR Masters degree in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in Mathematics or Statistics is required. Knowledge of and experience with various teaching strategies or programs. One year or more of tutoring or teaching experience preferred, including experience supporting educational attainment among students from varied backgrounds.
