The ECLS performance tasks include functioning as the Service Provider (SP) at the enterprise level for Materiel Management and Warehousing and other Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities as required by the C2ISR weapon systems.Job ResponsibilitiesManages, administers and operate supply systems and activities in order to provide the necessary equipment and supplies for Air Force operationsPerforms supply materiel management aggregation functionsCoordinates material support, knowledge of material, work sequences, and schedules in shops or other industrial operations, and the specialized needs of the programs or operational areas supportedDetermines, initiates, and coordinates required actions by establishing and maintaining liaison with inventory managers, contractors or vendors, and planning organizations to schedule or advise as to timing of procurement, delivery, or emergency transportationPerforms item and monetary accounting and inventory stock controlResponsible for financial planning, funds control, requirements computation, allowances determination, research and identification of supplies and equipmentResponsible for demand processing, mission support, the customer service unit, retail sales, mobility and training; performs and monitors management (and procedural application) of manual or automated inventory control actionsComputes and accumulates data for use in analysisHelps develop work standards and methodologyPerforms inventories, and ensures timely correction of discrepanciesPrepares, analyzes, and evaluates reports, procedures, and policy dataComputes requirement, determines allowance, and researches and identifies supplies and equipment requirementsPerforms operations involved in storage, inspection, identification, and receipt of propertyPlans and determines the distribution and positioning of supplies among major supply stations, stock points, or using activities.Required Skills And ExperienceMust be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearanceHigh School diploma or equivalency requiredConsidered an expert in a majority of identified tasks, mentors and troubleshoots process issues with level 1 materiel managers and has 2+ years of experience on supported weapon system.5-10 years' relevant experience requiredMust be a US citizenPreferred Skills And ExperienceActive DoD SECRET clearancePrior AFSC 2S051 or 2S071 Military Occupational Classification or other DoD service Supply Chain and Materiel Management Specialist equivalent highly desiredSpectrum is proud of our diverse workforce and diligently committed to remaining an Equal Opportunity Employer.
