Work with safe work practices to ensure own safety as well as co-workersFollow procedures for assigning inventory locations to parts, as well as delivering job orders. Operate fork trucks in a safe and efficient manner to move material. Complete inspections prior to routing goods to individual departments or storage in proper locations. Complete necessary procedures to pick jobs and deliver parts to specified departments. Notify specific individuals of parts shortages; late work orders or shipments; incorrect bills of material; scheduling, purchasing, or sales errors; missing prints; missing parts; etc. Complete all necessary paperwork on a daily basis including necessary computer transactions using specific forms and procedures dealing with inventory movement through department. Maintain accurate inventory records and know how to check against them. Cycle count and troubleshoot errors, and kit/move product along production area.
