Job Summary

Join our Danbury, CT team as a Project Manager focusing on daily execution of specific tasks or projects within moderately large and complex programs to support Integrated Supply Chain in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

What You Will Do
  • Manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements to ensure that cost, schedules, and performance goals are met.
  • Lead meetings and the integrated product team from project kick-off through closure.
  • Manage operations to ensure schedules are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Organize project and task workloads and select individuals most qualified for specific projects.
  • Contribute to the client relationship.
  • Sourcing for component categories including electronics (CCAs, harnesses, small assemblies) and machined parts (weldments, machining, outside processes).
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate indirect team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to interact professionally with team members, leadership, and customers.

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after employment commencement.
