What We're Looking For

• Ability to attend work as scheduled
• Technical knowledge to operate machinery
• Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts
• Ability to standing, lifting, twisting and bending
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• Availability to work overtime if needed
• Proficient communication skills, oral and written in English

What You'll Do as a Material Prep

• Prep raw materials on carts
• Transfer carts on and off VRC
• Empty trash cans on fluff end and mezzanine
• Maintain work area to meet or exceed safety and housekeeping standards
• Complete TPM tasks each shift
• Role typically assigned to a specific machine and rotates with Paris standard crew rotation
• Aid others when needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned
