Our client is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.Job Title: Material HandlerLocation: Visalia, CAWhat's the Job? Load and unload freight efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Utilize scanners and computer systems to accurately put products away and manage inventory. Operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment safely. Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring compliance with hazardous materials regulations. Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.What's Needed? Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English. Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Knowledge of shipping regulations and hazardous materials handling is a plus. High School Diploma, GED, or HSED required.
