In the role of Material Handling Associate, you will be a key contributor to our logistics and warehouse functions, with access to long-term career development opportunities within FritoLay or our parent company, PepsiCo. Role and Responsibilities As a Material Handling Associate, you'll play an essential role in managing materials throughout a dynamic, physically demanding warehouse setting. This position supports daily operations and helps maintain a safe, orderly workplace. * Load and unload cases and pallets from trailers * Use designated technology to select cases according to customer orders * Operate forklifts and other powered equipment safely (training and certification provided) * Stack cases directly on trailer floors or load trailers using carts * Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties as required Required Skills And Experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
  • Ability to lift between 15 and 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Capable of standing and walking for long periods, with or without accommodation
  • Able to bend, reach, kneel, climb, and stretch for extended durations
  • Physically fit to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry items, with or without accommodation
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders or lifts
  • Able to work in conditions with extreme temperatures, loud equipment, humidity, and slippery surfaces
