Material Handling Associate - 1st shift - Electrolux : Job Details

All about the role:

In this role you will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager for Electrolux Group.

You will be based in Fletcher, NC and this role is onsite.

Your main tasks:

• Unloading, verifying and receiving incoming materials.
• Stock material to appropriate warehouse location.
• Pull material (picks) for assembly line changeovers.
• Determine changeover material shortages and communicate to appropriate personnel.
• Order production wool, communicate and coordinate delivery trailers for wool product
• Equipment operation includes stand up motor, cherry picker, gas and propane fork truck, swing reach, electric and standard pallet jack

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a driver's license.
• Ability to professionally communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• Previous equipment experiences, preferred with Turret Truck.
• Must be able to load, unload, pick, pull, stack, label, and perform any daily functions that are needed.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis.
• Ability to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Ability to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, bending and to spend extended periods of time sitting.
