Together we use a zero limits approach to wow our customers.Crystal Group offers a comprehensive benefits package including:Medical/dental/vision insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementWellness programsParticipation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)On-Site GymJob Summary: This position will handle all incoming and outgoing materials used in CNC machines to produce various parts for computer servers.Essential FunctionsPerform visual inspection of machined partsPackage and route the machine parts, including entering transactions in the software system Inspect raw materials for damage and correct quantitiesEnter receipt into software systemCycle count the raw material inventoryAssist with tooling storage and kitting Communicate with Stockroom team members to assist with smooth flow of productLoad and unload part tumblersClean and maintain area and parts to keep in optimal production condition.Must be able to operate fork truckPerform saw cutting as neededConforms with ESD policy and safety practices.Follows all safety regulations and practices safety awareness at all times.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience in a metalworking manufacturing environment or equivalent is preferredAbility to operate industrial equipmentCapable of lifting and maneuvering up to 50-lb. twelve-foot-long aluminum bar stockAbility to stand for long periods up-to-eight or more hours at a timeMust be able to reach above head to remove stockProven ability to have a high level of attention to detailRequired QualificationMust be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a protected person )High school diploma or equivalentWorking ConditionsWork is primarily performed in an office environment. Occasional exposure to manufacturing floor and testing environments.
