Material Handler/Packer | Somerset, New Jersey, United StatesJob Title: Material Handler/Packer Location: Somerset NJ 08873 Duration: 6 months with possible extension Pay rate: $25.00/hour on W2 Shift hours: 2nd shift (Mon to Fri, 2 pm to 10.30 pm)Essential Responsibilities and Functions: Moves and stages full drums, totes, and pallet loads of materials to compounders in production as needed. Removes empty drums and empty totes from production and drop areas and places in recycling area. Maintains high use raw material stations, including hot rooms, powder area, dispensing drum area, manual pour raw material areas. Using Fricke inventory management/forecast system, and in partnership with Automation Operator, Minimum Qualifications: High School Degree or equivalency (GED) required. 3-5 years warehouse experience required. Forklift certification required. Ability to handle heavy materials, including drums (lifting requirement of up to 60 lbs.)
