This role ensures the safe movement of materials throughout the facility, supports timely production workflows, and maintains accurate documentation to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.RESPONSIBILITIES:Track and update inventory levels in the ERP or warehouse management system, performing regular cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy.Pick and kit components according to work orders or bills of material, correctly staging materials for production in alignment with job schedules.Maintain accurate records and transactions, including documentation for receiving, returns, and material transfers.Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate material counts and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.Safely transport raw materials, parts, and finished products between workstations, departments, and storage areas using pallet jacks, forklifts, or carts.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine checks and reporting maintenance needs.Support production by supplying materials to workstations to prevent delays and assisting with rework, returns, or special handling as needed.Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols, using proper PPE, handling hazardous materials appropriately, and keeping work areas organized.Other duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years of material handling and warehouse experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution centerProficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn proprietary software systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organizationSelf-motivated with strong initiative, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies and a high sense of urgency in meeting deadlinesSkilled in time management, conflict resolution, and negotiationStrong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow through on assignmentsAbility to pass a background check and DOT physical, including drug screeningValid driver's license and a clean driving record**NO CALLS FROM STAFFING AGENCIES OR RECRUITERS PLEASE**
