Material Handler - Kansas Staffing : Job Details

We will start the morning off by doing stretches as a team and talk about any safety issues and what our day will consist of. A Material Handler I (picker) works with the Team Lead and/or Warehouse Material Coordinator to obtain a production order to be picked. The picker will use a scanner and forklift to complete these tasks. The delivery number will be entered into a scanner, which will instruct the Material Handler I the location and quantity of the items needed to be picked. This process will be repeated until the delivery is fulfilled. The use of a forklift (reach truck) will be required! There will be parts of various sizes and weights that will make up a kit. The kits need to be orderly, accurately, packed in a safe manner and according to the expectation of the customer. Hours are Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm.

What You Bring

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• One year warehouse / Inventory experience, preferred not required
• Valid Driver's License mandatory and forklift experience preferred
• Scanner experience nice to have
• Reliability and strong communication skills
