Material Handler - Manpower Group : Job Details

As a Material Handler , you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing and logistics operations by ensuring the accurate movement, storage, and distribution of materials. You will be responsible for receiving, handling, storing, and delivering materials and products in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, in alignment with the company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials and shipments.

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

• Transport materials and products to designated areas within the facility.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Prepare materials for production lines or outbound shipments.

• Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized.

• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as required.

• Follow safety protocols and report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse or material handling preferred.

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) required.

• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems (SAP experience a plus).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
