Material Handler - Teknor Apex Company : Job Details

Operate production equipment as outlined in SOP's and batch cards. Perform all job functions in accordance with all established safety rules and policies. Perform any additional duties assigned by Production Supervisor of Leadman. Keep all partial bags of material sealed. Replace missing labels on raw materials. Raw materials are placed in the correct location. Housekeeping, sweeping and moping the racks daily and keeping the oil house organized. Follow First In First Out (FIFO) procedures when sending up raw materials. Follow all shelf-life procedures. Properly empty drums and dispose of them properly Complete DOT Hazardous Material Training Send up raw materials to blender loaders and compounders Pull and prepare raw material distribution orders (DO) for shipment to other Teknor plants. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High School or G.E.D.
