Material Handler - Orbia : Job Details

Material Handling: Draw required materials from appropriate locations and stages for production lines. Stage materials in the designated area for easy accessibility. Set up materials according to the Supervisors instructions. Responsible for the rail call unloading system (pulling resin material to silos) Resin Delivery System: Set up and monitor the resin delivery system as per Supervisors instructions. Monitor additive levels on each line and create resin/regrind mix as needed. Inspect regrind gaylords for metallic contamination and report any issues to the Supervisor or Line Operator. Maintain proper levels of color mix for color feeders and stripers. Set up regrind gaylords for mixing. Process/ Equipment Monitoring: Understand the operation of pull-line feed equipment and maintain proper tape or cable in products requiring it. Make minor repairs to feed equipment as needed.
