Verdant Specialty Solutions is looking for a Material Handler, this position will be responsible for many functions within materials management that support the overall handling, storing, and shipping of specialty chemicals.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations and use all proper PPE when at this facility.
• Read and sign Job Safety Analyses daily prior to starting work each day.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and warehouse.
• Read and understand blend instructions on Blend Sheet .
• Retrieve raw materials from inventory using forklift.
• Off-load drums and tanks from delivery trucks using forklift.
• Assist with conducting inventory when necessary.
• Transfer chemical from mixing tank to tote tanks and drums using transfer pumps.
• Properly label chemical products for shipping.
