Material Handler | Rotating 12-Hour Shifts | Clinton, MAEastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Material Handlers for a manufacturing facility in Clinton, MA. This is a full-time opportunity offering a rotating 12-hour shift schedule and both day and night shifts are available. Candidates with pallet jack and forklift experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Location: Clinton, MA Pay:
- Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM): $19.00/hour
- Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM): $21.00/hour (includes $2.00 differential)
- Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts
- Week 1: 3 days (36 hours)
- Week 2: 4 days (48 hours)

What You'll Do: - Handle and move materials throughout the manufacturing facility
- Manage dock-to-stock, floor returns, and material requisition orders
- Perform accurate system transactions via SAP and RF scanner
- Issue and return materials to production using ERP and scanning tools
- Clean and maintain material dryers, including filter replacement and basic troubleshooting
- Operate powered pallet jacks, sub trucks, and manual pallet jacks
- Ensure assigned area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies
- Follow all company safety protocols and maintain accurate inventory records
What We're Looking For: Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts required
- Cherry picker experience is a bonus
- Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs alone or team-lift heavier loads
- Comfortable with rotating 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
