Russell Tobin's client, A Fortune 100 global e-commerce and cloud computing leader, is hiring a Material Handler in Everett, WA (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler

Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)

Duration: 06+ Months with the possibility of extension

Pay rate: $26.00-$28.00/hour. on W2

Work Mode: Fully Onsite (Non-Air-Conditioned Warehouse; ~80°F)

Shift Options:

Sun–Wed | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Wed–Sat | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Mon–Fri | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Sun–Wed | 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

Wed–Sat | 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

Training Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Required for all shifts)

Start Date: First day onsite is Monday at 10:00 AM

Job Overview:

This role involves hands-on material handling and inventory support for satellite production in a warehouse environment. The position requires collaboration across procurement, planning, EHS, and quality teams to ensure accurate and timely movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process materials for satellite production
  • Execute receiving, put-away, picking, and kitting activities
  • Support troubleshooting and cross-functional warehousing operations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet production goals

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or as an associate buyer
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business software
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
  • Familiarity with general warehouse operations

Physical Requirement:

  • Ability to work in a warm warehouse environment (~80°F)
  • Frequent walking, lifting, and manual material handling required

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
