Material HandlerDepartment: Materials Employment Type: Full Time Location: Plattsburgh Reporting To: Jonathan Adams Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 / hour DescriptionMission: Ensure that materials flow flawlessly-from receiving dock to production line to finishedgoods staging-so that manufacturing can meet 100 % of its schedule with no unplanned downtime and with worldclass inventory accuracy. Outcomes Needed: • Deliver 99% of material kits to production on time and without error each day to support uninterrupted manufacturing. • Maintain inventory cycle count variance below 1% through weekly counts and prompt reconciliation. • Ensure 100% compliance with PPE and forklift safety protocols at all times to prevent safety violations or incidents. • Accurately enter and track 100% of material transactions in the system within 60 days of hire, with no data entry errors. • Keep material damage or loss incidents below 1% by handling all items with care during transport and storage.
