JOB DESCRIPTION Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a MATERIAL HANDLER in Madison AL. The MATERIAL HANDLER is a member of the Warehouse team. Primarily, this position is responsible for the movement of materials within the factory and inventory control. Responsibilities of a MATERIAL HANDLER includes: 1. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand or by using lifting equipment. 2. Scans incoming materials accurately in ensure the inventory system is correct. 3. Ships orders through UPS, FedEx, or other freight liners, and receives orders into the inventory system. 4. Picks product for production based on production orders. 5. Follows written and/or verbal instructions and processes. 6. Complies with EPA and OSHA codes and regulations; Adheres to proper safety practices in the performance of all tasks. 7. Protects electronics components and assemblies from ESD damage through proper use of ESD protection equipment. 8. Maintains a clean work environment by performing routine housekeeping tasks. 9. Inputs ideas and concerns on procedures, processes, quality issues, safety issues, etc. 10. Must be flexible to work overtime to meet customer and manufacturing schedules including weekends and holidays as needed. 11. All other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success REQUIRED Experience and Education: 1. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). 2. 1-2 years related experience and/or training. 3.
