In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, auditing, and organizing electronic components, ensuring materials are production-ready and aligned with quality standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are essential to this role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. Receive and inspect incoming materials; match to purchase orders or job orders.Accurately audit, label, and stock SMT components in proper locationsIdentify and handle moisture-sensitive devices; operate reel countersKit and set up materials per documented build specificationsPartner with Production teams to ensure optimal methods and high-quality buildsMaintain clear records using ERP and shipping software (Epicor experience a plus)Ensure accurate, efficient shipments and documentationParticipate in Continuous Improvement and Lean initiativesFollow quality policies and contribute to a clean, safe, and collaborative work environmentQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
