MATERIAL HANDLER/INVENTORY - Spherion Staffing Services : Job Details

Assist the shipping and reciving departments and production as needed.Responsibilities:Ensure material is delivered to production as needed Verify and accurately account for inventoryWorking hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:Extremely computer literate preferred or computer skillsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Verifies, administers and keeps records on outgoing shipments. Compares identifying information and count; weight, or measure items to prepare items for shipment. Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates and prepares shipping documentation. The ability to use MS Office, ProfitLab, emails, micrometers, calipers, scales, and basic hand tools is required.Operate material handling equipment.
