Material Handler I - USA - MA - Norwell - Massachusetts Staffing : Job Details

• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials using manual or powered equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against packing slips, and inspect for damage
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records through proper labeling and documentation
• Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
• Follow company safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents immediately
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories
• Support other warehouse functions and departments as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years propane forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
