Facilitates the efficient flow of raw material and finished product throughout the entire manufacturing/warehouse process. Responsibilities:
- Moves materials throughout the facility with a forklift, truck, or similar equipment manual or motorized.
- Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming materials and checks contents against bills of lading and packing list. Reports shortages and overages of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Loads and unloads delivery vehicles with finished products, raw materials and other items. Inspect incoming and outgoing product for broken seals and damage.
- Delivers raw materials (plastic, boxes, and pallets) to designated racking and or/areas.
- Packs and wraps boxes or other materials for shipment and attaches appropriate documentation.
- Organizes storage areas and maintains proper housekeeping standards.
- Ensures all warehouse product is secure.
- Practices FIFO while using the scanning tools provided to scan all material and finished goods
- Locks out trucks according for safety using the tools provided
- Operate IQMS shipping and prepares shipping paperwork (ex. BOL, Manifest, Fedex, UPS)
Desired Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills required.
- Computer skills preferred.
