Material Handler I - Thermo Fisher Scientific : Job Details

Prepare samples or clinical agents for pickups, courier deliveries, and shipments. Collaborate closely with managers to support customer inquiries, discrepancies, inventory maintenance, and database updates. Apply an inventory management system for data entry, sample tracking, and management. Maintain files for validation of data, prepare queries, review accumulated data for accuracy, and generate reports. Conduct internal specimen consolidation and reorganization projects under the mentorship of higher level Operations Technicians. Engage in process improvement activities.- Receive, handle, and inventory specimens of human, animal, and plant origin at temperatures ranging from ambient to -196C, with potentially hazardous properties. Ensure compliance with cGMP parts 210 and 211 and company quality systems. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), facility safety guidelines, and FDA requirements.
