Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes BOMs to evaluate, research and attain all procured materials for respective projects.
Creates a systematic approach to ordering materials to minimize inventory level and shipping costs.
Creates a positive working relationship with materials vendors.
Assist with the bidding process when appropriate by offering pricing schedules of relevant supplies and materials.
Manages supply-chain issues with suppliers to ensure on-time product availability.
Documents and organizes deliveries and product returns.
Management and execution of purchase orders.
Maintains purchase order confirmations.
Manages special orders.
Complete tracking of shipment from purchase order to delivery and manages all shipping charges.
Develops tools and procedures to improve the procurement cycle.
Provides courteous, professional service to customers.

The starting pay for the Logistics Coordinator position is $20.00 hourly to $24.00 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
