Material Handler - 2nd Shift - Avery Dennison Corporation : Job Details

The Material Handler is responsible for the movement of material throughout the site. This may include loading/unloading trailers and movement of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods. This role will be 2nd Shift, 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:Activities and duties may vary depending on site-specific needs. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to: Move material to/from raw, Finished, Shipping, Receiving, and manufacturing areas. Unload/load trucks/ with incoming/outgoing materials. - Verify materials against receiving/shipping documents. Complete appropriate transactions to document the movement of material within the Inventory Management System. Support inventory accuracy:Complete warehouse and departmental cycle counts and correct discrepancies. Raw/ Finishing warehouse:Condense warehouse space and maintain good housekeeping.
