Material Handler 2 - 1st Shift - Thermo Fisher : Job Details

Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. seeks a Material Handler 2 for an impactful role in Transportation and Shipping.

• Coordinate and prioritize workload to ensure flawless operations.
• Pull work orders and complete cycle counts with precision.
• Receive and put materials away efficiently.
• Prep outbound shipments for timely dispatch.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience with Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT).
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Suite required
• Ability to lift 45 lbs regularly and stand for the entirety of the shift.
• Excellent communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions strictly.

• Strong critical thinking and strategic prioritization skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Outstanding organizational abilities to successfully implement tasks.
