Material Handler - Warehouse Worker Adecco is hiring immediately for Material Handlers at a large manufacturing client in Auburn Hills, MI. Material Handlers do essential work with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $17.50/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will perform a variety of material handling duties in the Receiving and Stockroom areas. You will unload trucks, verify materials, stock inventory, and transport products within the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment. Shift: 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM
Requirements: - Prior experience in warehousing is preferred
- Pallet jack experience is required
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to operate equipment including pallet jacks, box cutters, and scanners
- Must be able to attain and maintain forklift certification
