Job Description :

As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in our operations by managing core inventory, ensuring that production runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include documenting core production metrics, collaborating effectively with our scheduling team, and efficiently gathering core materials for production use.

What will you do?

  • Ensure the accuracy of core quantities and quality.
  • Identify and locate appropriate cores during the kitting process.
  • Maintain an organized and updated inventory management system.
  • Handle returns efficiently through proper documentation and communication.
  • Conduct 5S to keep all material handling equipment in excellent condition.
  • Collaborate with teams to locate and replace missing or damaged cores.
  • Assist in the distribution of cores by working closely with the scheduling team.
  • Document and communicate any inventory discrepancies.
  • Pursue additional certifications and credentials for career development.

What do we offer?

  • $22 - $22.75 per hour based on experience.
  • 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
  • Potential for a quarterly bonus of 5%.

What will make you a successful candidate?

  • High school diploma or equivalent a plus.
  • Preferred 3+ years of forklift operation experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs comfortably.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel necessary.
