What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate all finishing operations: polishing, sanding/grinding, and spray coating.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure top-level craftsmanship.
• Maintain strict quality control to meet Palmer's exacting standards.
• Operate and maintain finishing equipment while ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
• Partner with other departments to stay on schedule and exceed client expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in metal finishing (polishing, sanding/grinding, spray booth).
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of finishing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
• An eye for detail – you take pride in the small things.
• The ability to read shop drawings is a plus.
