As a Material Deployment Specialist, you will as perform material deployment functions for production, kitting, and rework orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, process, and issue material based on the material pick list for the production line, kitting and rework orders as determined by the production schedule. Pick and stage production, kitting, battery and rework orders
• Facilitate overall workflow to include coordinating pick-up & delivery of materials requested and ensure accuracy when received.
• Perform rework pre-screening and order processing of returned devices and accessories
• Participate in inventory reconciliation with inventory team as required and assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with and support production floor and Supply Chain/Operations, Quality Inspection, engineering team to solve problems and continuously improve processes.
• Issue labels for production orders
• Key out rejects from production process in SAP to quality for processing
• Create, prepare and stage delivery of finished production to off-site warehouses
• Routinely check work area for safety and cleanliness and 5S activities
• Cross train and work all functions to ensure knowledge and skills related to the full manufacturing process stay current.
• Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good analytical skills
• Working knowledge of material deployment work flows
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar system
• 4 years experience in a production environment and 2 years SAP experience or similar system
