Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our product creation team. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of materials development from concept through commercialization ensuring materials meet critical performance, sustainability, and profitability goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about product innovation, textiles, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and development of materials from initial concept to production for assigned categories.
  • Track and facilitate sampling and prototyping; identify manufacturing challenges early to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Design, and Manufacturing teams to drive material integrity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain all appropriate documentation including product specifications and prototype records.
  • Monitor and report on materials testing to meet performance and sustainability requirements
  • Stay current on industry trends, innovations, and consumer preferences in material development.
  • Serve as a technical resource on materials for internal teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Product Design, Textiles, or a related field.

Experience Required:

  • 0–1 year of directly relevant work experience in materials development, textiles, or product creation.
  • Basic knowledge of material performance, sustainability practices, and manufacturing processes.
