Core Responsibilities of the Primary Therapist
Responsible for a patient caseload. Will provide group, individual, and family therapy
Conducts psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.
Collaborates with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan.
Assists in coordinating discharge planning.
Provides structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment.
Maintains communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.
Works as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care.
Promotes a positive morale and maintain professional composure.
Pay Range $65,000 to $85,000 annually commensurate with experience & Licensure.
Requirements:Qualifications of the Primary Therapist
Computer literacy required.
1-year experience working in Private substance abuse treatment Preferred.
Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in Florida Preferred.
KIPU EMR knowledge preferred.
Current CPR certification and First Aid preferred.Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field required.
